I work with sound.
What moves me is curiosity. Every new project is an opportunity to try and discover things, to collaborate and create together. Exploring and blurring the frontiers of genres in the search of the thin line between familiarity and strangeness is what motivates my latest works. Besides orchestral and chamber music, I work very often with electronics, in music-theatre projects and films.
I studied composition at the Universidad Católica de Chile, then with Stefano Gervasoni at the Paris Conservatory. I attended the Cursus 1 & 2 at IRCAM in Paris between 2013 and 2015.
I continuously collaborate with artists of my generation, conceiving projects that gather common questions, including Maëlle Dequiedt, Mohamed Mbougar Sarr, Florentin Ginot, Alex W. Inker, Rémy Reber, among many others.
I received distinctions as the Musica Festival Academy’s prize and the CDMC prize at the INJUVE academy in Madrid. My works have been commissioned by the Donaueschinger Musiktage, the MUSICA festival, IRCAM, the Festival Messiaen, the Royaumont Fondation, Radio France, the CNSMDP, the ensemble C Barré, United Instruments of Lucilin...
I was artist-in-residence at the Camargo Foundation in Cassis in 2017 and at United Instruments of Lucilin, the ExperimentalStudio of the SWR and the GMEM between 2019 and 2021. Since 2024 I'm working on a stage composition thesis as a PHD student in the SACRe program, in Paris.
